Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any redemption or new earning activity resets the clock on existing points, so active members rarely see expiry.

Open the app, go to My Rewards, and browse available vouchers and cashback offers. You can redeem directly in-app to generate a code, or at partner checkouts where the cashier can apply your points.

The minimum redemption threshold is 100 points, which is worth approximately 1 DT in value. There is no maximum — you can redeem your entire balance at once.
