Terms of Service
The rules governing your use of the flousback loyalty platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a flousback account, downloading the flousback application, or otherwise accessing or using the flousback loyalty platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service. FlousBack SAS ("FlousBack", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. The FlousBack Service
FlousBack operates a coalition loyalty programme. Members earn points when they make qualifying purchases at participating partner merchants ("Partners"). Accumulated points may be redeemed for rewards as specified in the Programme Rules published on our website and application.
The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change. We may add, modify, or remove features, partners, or redemption options at any time with reasonable notice to members.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create a flousback account. You must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a resident of the Republic of Tunisia.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Each person may hold only one (1) flousback account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be merged or terminated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flousback.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Earning Points
Points are awarded when you make a qualifying purchase at a participating Partner and present your flousback membership card or app at the point of sale.
The earning rate (points per dinar spent) is set by FlousBack in consultation with each Partner and is displayed in the Partner directory within the app. Earning rates may vary by Partner and may change with notice.
Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of a qualifying transaction. FlousBack may reverse points that were awarded in error or as a result of a returned purchase.
5. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards as listed in the Service at the time of redemption. Redemptions are final and non-reversible once confirmed.
Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
- Points expire after twenty-four (24) months of account inactivity. "Inactivity" means no points have been earned or redeemed during the 24-month period.
- FlousBack reserves the right to adjust the value of points for future redemptions with thirty (30) days' notice.
- Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6. Partner Programme
Partner merchants are independent businesses that participate in the flousback coalition. Each Partner sets their own earning rate within the parameters established by FlousBack.
FlousBack acts as the loyalty platform provider and is not a party to any transaction between you and a Partner. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of any products or services offered by Partners.
Partner participation in the network may change at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice if a Partner leaves the network.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated points:
- Creating or operating multiple flousback accounts (whether personally or through a third party).
- Any form of fraud, including fabricating or manipulating transaction data to earn points dishonestly.
- Exploiting bugs or system errors to accumulate points outside of normal programme rules.
- Selling, transferring, or attempting to trade points for cash or other consideration outside the official redemption process.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@flousback.com. Upon closure, any unredeemed points will be permanently forfeited.
FlousBack may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or if your account has been inactive for more than thirty-six (36) consecutive months.
Following termination, FlousBack will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Tunisian law, FlousBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the value of points you have redeemed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
